Terri-Ann Brogan, DO
Board Certified Family Practice Medicine
Dr. Terri-Ann Brogan was born and raised in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Her undergraduate work included the University of Maryland, College Park as well as Shippensburg University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in North Miami Beach, Florida. She then went on to complete both her internship and residency training in family medicine at Atlantic Medical Center in Ormond Beach, Florida.
During her time serving as Chief Resident of the family practice residency program, she gained an appreciation of the importance of leadership and teaching as she trained both residents and student physicians. She continues to promote the future of her profession by participating in medical student training and has been appointed Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida State University, New York Institute of Technology, and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In 2000, Dr. Brogan moved to Brevard County Florida, and opened a solo practice in Merritt Island. In 2008, Dr. Diane Luciani joined her, and together they launched North Point Physicians, LLC at 1395 N. Courtenay Parkway, Suite 107, in Merritt Island, Florida. North Point Physicians, LLC is a comprehensive medical practice complete with fully integrated electronic medical records. The support of a handpicked, dedicated, and knowledgeable team of clinical and administrative assistants compliments Dr. Brogan’s philosophy of distinction in education, experience, compassion, and attention to detail. Together, they aspire to create an environment of excellence in both patient care and clinical expertise
Diane Luciani, DO, FACOI
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists
Dr. Diane Luciani was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida at the age of one and has always considered the seaside community of Satellite Beach to be her home. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to complete her Doctor of Osteopathy at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed both her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center in Olympia Fields, Illinois. Dr. Luciani is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
Dr. Luciani has participated in medical student, internship, and residency training since the year 2000. She has been appointed Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of Florida, and Florida State University.
Although her initial training and practice style was primarily in the hospital setting, Dr. Luciani has flourished in the outpatient venue. Keeping her complex and chronically ill patients comfortable in their homes rather than in the hospital has been a primary goal of inpatient care. This extra time and attention she extends to those in need is the cornerstone of her practice.
In 2008, her dream of autonomy was realized with the creation of North Point Physicians, LLC. Her practice incorporates her philosophy of compassionate patient care with state of the art technology. Surrounding herself with a highly trained team of clinical and administrative assistants compliments her practice style, and her patients admire her commitment to giving each person the time and attention they desire.
Amberle Carlyle, PA-C
Amberle Carlyle was born in California and raised in North Carolina. She moved to the Space Coast in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree in zoology from North Carolina State University. After working for many years, she went back to school to become an emergency medical technician (EMT) and also a nationally registered pharmacy technician.
She worked in the hospital as a certified nursing assistant and as a pharmacy technician for a while. She then decided to pursue her education even further and earned her master’s degree in medical science, physician assistant degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Louisiana. Her passion has always been primary care and family medicine. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality medicine with compassion. She joined North Point Physicians, LLC in early 2019 and continues to be a valued member of our team.
