Information for New Patient Portal Users
North Point Physicians, LLC offers a web-based patient portal as a service to our established patients. The portal allows patients who wish to view portions of their records or receive communications from our clinic to do so in a manner that is more secure than traditional email. Secure messaging is a valuable communication tool but has certain risks. In order to manage these risks, we need to require certain forms be completed.
